At six in the morning on July 1, 2024, the Holden family’s world changed forever.

The first to be notified by Life360, Elena Holden—wife of Isaiah Holden—learned that her husband had been in a car crash. In a state of panic, she called her husband, her father-in-law, her brothers-in-law, and finally, received a call from an unknown number. It was Isaiah.

“We were just in a head-on collision. I’m okay, but Micah and Nate are stuck in the truck and need to be cut out,” Isaiah told her.

These are words no mother of three, about to give birth to her fourth, ever wants to hear.

At the scene, multiple strangers, including an off duty fireman Casey Goodman, pulled over to help Isaiah and Mark pull their loved ones from the truck, which was starting to catch fire from the other vehicle involved in the collision. Young Seth Holden sat on the shoulder and watched in silence. If his dad, Jeremy Holden, had decided not to take his motorcycle to the job site, 14 year old Seth would have been in the front seat. We believe Seth’s life was spared that day with that decision. The family and incredible strangers spared no energy, giving everything they had to save their family.

The Holdens have endured a sudden and devastating life-change. Micah and Nathanael Holden were airlifted to Brooke Army Medical Center with critical injuries. Mark, Isaiah, and Seth were left with minor injuries but immense emotional trauma. Their work trailer is lost, their truck is totaled, and they now face hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills.

We are reaching out to ask for your help.

The Holden family has been a vital part of the King’s Ransom Foundation and Destiny Global community. They have supported and uplifted both their local community and ours, time and time again, without ever asking for anything in return. We are profoundly grateful to God that their lives were spared, but now they need our support to recover financially.

Micah Holden, who has been hit the hardest, is completely bedridden. With a wife, a newborn baby, and three children at home, he is currently unable to provide for his family. Nathanael Holden is also bedridden and is unable to work to provide for his wife.

This accident has impacted each and every one of the Holden clan.

The Holdens are a family full of love and light, and we are asking our community to give back to them in their time of need.

We invite you to share their story and donate what you can to this cause. This is a unique and urgent situation, and we are grateful to have a platform that can support families like the Holdens, who are in desperate need.

Every contribution counts and will make a significant difference in helping them recover from this tragedy that has affected five families.
