God has a special place in His heart for the cry of the orphan. You and I are His hands and feet in the earth, so He commands us to take care of them.
Famine, war, and drugs have left millions of children orphaned around the world. Many of them will starve to death. Many others will be taken as slaves, bought and sold as property, to be used for sex with adults.
It is the darkest kind of evil, and it happens every day.
